Project title: Positive Dyslexia: Working to one’s strengths

Primary supervisor: Professor Rod Nicolson

Project description: Dyslexia is regarded as a disability, and this has skewed dyslexia research (and dyslexia support) toward identifying and remedying weaknesses. Positive Dyslexia represents the other side of the coin, using positive psychology and work psychology techniques to identify, accelerate and exploit strengths in children and adults. There is scope for projects pre-school, school, University and in working life (or unemployment)
